All purchases are non-refundable. Appointments can be rescheduled in accordance with our cancellation policy. Alyssa Lavy Nutrition & Wellness LLC requires 24 hour notice in order to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to attend your session and/or failure to cancel prior to 24 hours before scheduled service will result in a late cancel/no show fee of $50.00. Expires one year after purchase.
