Nutrition is an imperative component of training. However, supplying your body with the fuel it needs to perform your best should not be stressful. Alyssa provides coaching, support and resources in order to give you the tools to take charge of your nutrition needs so that you can focus on training, performance and results. 

Alyssa has specialized training in sports nutrition. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at The George Washington University and earned her Master of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology at Teachers College Columbia University. She is also an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and has extensive experience working with athletes and active individuals. So, whether your goal is weight gain, weight loss or improved performance, Alyssa can help you to meet your goals.
